Returns

The ordered products can be returned to M13 Design Studio within 15 days, but only if:

– did not suffered damage resulting from improper handling;

– it comes with original packaging and all documents received: invoice, receipt, etc.

M13 Design Studio does not assume responsibility for handling, transporting, or assembly executed by the client and does not accept returned products which have defects resulting from these causes.

What is the cancellation policy for custom made furniture?

If your order is canceled before the goods ordered are produced, imported or delivered to us, M13 Design Studio is not charging with any cancellation fee of the order. If the product has been sent for delivery, or has been already made, the customer is responsible for all costs losses.
